چکیده

Abstract Hydrocarbon processing from extraction to the final product is an important aspect that needs optimised technology for consumption-led market growth. This study investigated real data oil facility and analysed simulation model entire crude unit based on process system engineering using Aspen HYSYS. The mainly emphasises optimisation in hydrocarbon maximum yield of with less energy consumption. investigation also includes a thorough economic analysis facility. datasets properties are obtained modern petroleum refinery. comprises varying transient conditions, such as well shutdowns three reservoirs (low, intermediate, heavy oil). impact various including heating, shutdown, combinations, presence water production, analysed. results indicate factors involving significantly affected by pressure, volume, temperature. vapour recovery integrated recover separator's gas. performed maximise liquid Reid pressure 7 minimum content around 0.5%. Economic provided overall capital cost $ 9.7 × 10 6 operating $2.1 configuration. further investigate constraints consumption reduce operational cost.

consequence analysis of the leakage, ignition and explosion during high pressure sour gas injection process to the oil reservoir

there is no doubt that human being needs to become integrated with industry and industry needs to be progressed, daily. on the other hand, serious events in industrial units specially in oil industries has been shown that such damages and events are industry related ones. the consequence of such events and damages which resulted in chemical and poisoned explosions and loss of life and property ...

Optimization of Oil and Gas Multi Stage Separators Pressure to Increase Stock Tank Oil

A computer simulator is written to optimize the conditions of oil and gas separators using Hysys and Matlab software. Off gases in some wellhead equipment of south of Iran are burnt in flare. In the present paper, the separators of one of these wellheads are simulated. By changing different variables such as the plus fraction splitting methods and the temperature of separators the condition wit...

New method for stock-tank oil compositional analysis.

A new method for accurately determining stock-tank oil composition to normal pentatriacontane using gas chromatography is developed and validated. The new method addresses the potential errors associated with the traditional equipment and technique employed for extended hydrocarbon gas chromatography outside a controlled laboratory environment, such as on an offshore oil platform. In particular...

have to be considered. The first, which has been developed in the preceding section, is that passive smoking could act to disclose an asthmatic state that was so far asymptomatic. The second issue lies in the natural history of asthma. Following Martinez et al.’s publications, it has become obvious that transient wheezing could occur in non-atopic infants exposed to passive smoking. Because the...

An integrated qualitative trend analysis approach to identify process abnormalities: A case of oil export pumps in an offshore oil and gas production facility

Oil & gas production can be largely benefited by minimizing unwanted production losses. This can be done by effective identification of system anomalies and faults. In standard control systems these abnormalities can be observed as gradually deviating trends from the norms. Available tools for monitoring these trends, in some cases, may not be enough to reveal hidden faulty features. In order t...
